good laptop for basic activities, the only disadvantage is memory.

This is a great laptop for getting simple and complex tasks done. I used this for school and recommend it to anyone lookin for a less expensive reliable option for a laptop.

So far, so good ... I like HP IT products and have an HP Chromebook. I have never experienced a problem with it, so when I needed a laptop for some personal business that couldn't be accomplished on my Chromebook, I knew my preference would be an HP.

Overall a good little computer works well battery life is short and it’s always dead but works for what I have going right now .

Been using this laptop a little over a month and it is already starting to run slow. Out of the box it ran updates for 15-20 minutes before I could use it, but outside of that wait time it initially seemed to work pretty good. Now as I add more documents or create a PowerPoint or two the laptop gets slower and slower. Web pages and software programs freeze up and take a long time to load- especially if I have both open at the same time. It’s a budget computer which is why I bought it, but I still expected better performance than what I’m getting. This isn’t my primary system - thankfully it’s work off a much better HP from my job, but I wanted this for writing and creating content in ms word, PowerPoint, and excel. I still can’t rate this system more than 3 stars. I wouldn’t buy again, would choose something else of I was doing it over.

This HP laptop with 4 gb of ram works much better then the lenovo laptop. I would recommend HP over that one. This works well for everyday use. Battery life is good

This laptop is so easy to use. I am real please with the way it works. I don`t know to much about computors, but this was so easy to set up. I think you will be very happy with this laptop.
