For a brand new laptop, it sure was very slow. It took forever to load. It was too late for me to return it but I would love to return it and get a different one.

A simple laptop for basic every day use only. It works best for me, but if someone is looking for more than just doing basic work than I would recommend going for the more expensive versions. Overall this one is great for the price tag!

I love these little HP computers. My last one lasted over 4 years and I used it constantly. I know it doesn't have that much memory right away but all you have to do is get an expandable memory card and you're set to go. Don't expect to you know do anything that includes a high processing rate so it's probably not ideal for extreme gamers but for general use it works wonders. You can't beat it for the price.

Pretty good for basic needs. For my son's first laptop, he has been pretty happy with it. He is able to play roblox no problem.

Runs very slow. Hard drive gets full fast. Hard to clear.

I hate to say anything negative because I love HP products and bought and enjoyed several laptops through the years. But this model was a major disappointment. Its slower than molasses.

We ended up returning this laptop as it constantly disconnected from the internet, and constantly crashed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Windows 11 twice but nothing worked. The mouse was also very non responsive.

Major problem in less than 3 months had to take back to the store to see if it can be repaired if not replaced. Waiting for follow up from customer service department

The hard drive is not large enough as well as Microsoft cloud storage is not as well. The OS is a cross over between Windows 10 & Windows 11 on an Android platform! I don’t like it

Its so slow. i couldnt even watch netflix without lag. i got it mostly to play roblox but that doesnt even work

If you really need a good computer don’t buy the computer because it’s going to be a waste of money. The computer is so slow you will not be able to do nothing on it. It’s like totally a trash.

I thought I ordered a touch screen. The open box stated it was in excellent condition, but it had a dent in it and the computer wasn’t sweep. Someone else email kept coming up.. No I was not pleased with the purchase.

Not really my cup of tea, barely any memory, slow processor, slow to come on and load even websites. Would not recommend

This Computer is really Slow. I’ve had it a couple a months. Initially i bought an hp laptop and that wasn’t any good so I traded it in for idea pad and it’s even worse. Very slow!

I bought this laptop not even a month ago. I haven’t been able to use it because it’s so slow. Anything you click into takes forever then never loads. Waste of money.

Extremely slow! Won’t even load Chrome browser properly let alone. Can’t even perform basic tasks, let alone run any software!
