    It does not work ! Doesn’t load the apps nor turn fast anymore it hasn’t even been 3 months ! It’s fully charged and just wont load and freezes

    One of the reasons I bought this laptop was for the year free subscription to Microsoft 365. There doesn't seem to be a way to access this subscription. I have talked to Best Buy twice and still have no access.

    Bought a open box fair condition only came with laptop missing charger missing box manufacturer warranty expired in 2023. Was a open box from 2022. Paid $89.99 brand new was 143.00 after buying charger it would make it same price as a brand new one.
