Terrible product. Do not waste your money on it. I need a cheap laptop to do some copy editing for my business on. Reviews of this one were good. Upon installing all of the required a windows updates, it constantly freezes up, taking at least two hours to re boot. It’s unusable. I tried to return or exchange, but since I was outside of the 14 day window for Best Buy to exchange, I was out of luck. Terrible all around experience.

Very portable and light-weight. I haven't had much time to play with all the settings on it, but I'm sure it will meet all my needs.

Disappointed this purchase because the speed is very slow. My daughter can’t even use it.

Extremely slow highly do not recommend I bout it for college and you have to power it off then back on just to load a page

When setting up the laptop, it was moving extremely slowly and froze. Never finished setting up the laptop.

I'm not to excited about this laptop. The screen is very easy to break. Please take this into consideration. As well when I received my order I'm still waiting for the sux months security that came with it as well the fifteen month Microsoft 365 program that came with it . I don't know what other to do them bring it to the main people's I guess. All in all, the customer service people are very nice though.

This laptop is severely slow for basic apps like regular email or microsof excel. I do not recommend this laptop.

Had the thing a week. Only used once for school work. The computer was so slow that it was unusable. It was returned immediately.

I needed a computer for work and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This HP laptop does the job very well. Yes, it's no speedster on the web, but that's not what I bought it for. I use it to write, make Word files, and watch the occasional YouTube video (and it works fine for that, even with only 4 gigs or memory). Highly recommended for an inexpensive, basic computer for adults' children and students.

The original computer built in 1950 is faster than this brand new laptop. It is a crime they are allowed to sell a product like this.

It runs slow takes forever to open up the browser dont get it i say spend alittle bit kore to get something better

This computer was so slow I returned next day. I could not even download google chrome from it being so slow

Worst computer I've ever bought - returned it after 1 hour. Kept freezing and incredibly slow despite turning it on from new.

This laptop has little to no processing speed. I was very disappointed and will never purchase an HP laptop again.

This computer actually decreased my quality of life. It’s not worth the materials it’s made from. Owned for 5 days and already lagging while typing a word document. You cant make this up.

I'm not going to write a review just to get a gift card, (but it would be greatly appreciated) I got this laptop for a Black Friday sale (2023). It has been slow the entire time I got it. It's not the internet, because I have high-speed internet. I would like to return it but I fear that I will not be allowed based on how long it has been since the purchase date.

Great laptop… I bought me a white one and went back and got my husband a blue one!!!

Runs smoothly, however if you’re looking for something with more storage this might not be the fit for you! Great for its price!

Horrible do not buy!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Super slow can barely search anything up let alone get any work done.
