    It was very slow and kept glitching. I had to turn off the laptop and back on for it to work

    it takes 5 minutes to power up sometimes. The touch pad and pointer (arrow,curser) do not work-there is no pointer to place on something and then tap to open it. The laptop is use less. Ive tried all recovery and reboots available to try and get the pointer and touch pad to work (with no success). (Im giving this review on a different laptop). There are a lot more thinks wrong with it but keeping review short.

    Bought on a Tuesday at circa 2:00 PM. Started up fine and loaded 365 and printer driver. Created files and printed said files. Access streaming entertainment. Still worked well. Turned off computer and closed went to bed. Next morning at circa 9:00 AM after a plane flight to LA opened computer. Surprise!! Computer will not power up. Disappointing. Now Sunday and home from LA. Headed to Best Buy to see if Geek Squad is smarter than I am.

    For those trying to find a cheap laptop, avoid this one. The processor "Intel Celeron" is slow, so slow you couldn't watch a Youtube video or check your email. It was not even able to open up documents on Microsoft Word or Google Drive, defeating the whole purpose of having a work computer. The computer is also made of plastic which feels cheap to the touch. Avoid at all costs!
