Tried updating everytime itd have an update and it keeps getting slower and slower. Ive only had this computer for like 6 months and it worked for maybe a week.

Slow to operate from the beginning, but she didn't want to complain. By the time she spoke up, it was past the 14 day mark & they told her there was nothing they could do.

The family member was extremely happy with the computer and was able to complete his work.
