very very very very slow. it was returned. I didn't think computers were slow any more with all the new technology but I was proved wrong.

Purchased in January, here it is 1 month later. Used maybe 3 times and it will not turn on now. Screen flashes and thats it. Horrible product!

I will be sending this laptop back. Got it set up, no problem. What it doesn't respond to: It does not respond to Windows 11, does not respond to Microsoft Edge, does not respond anything to Microsoft in general. Even tried messaging HP for support and they have failed to reply back. Worst $150 I have ever spent for a laptop. Worst experience with Windows 11 I have ever encountered.

Does any one having problem downlouding pages.. i bought it yesterday and it takes about 7 mins to open a page ..

I purchased this laptop for school. It is so slow I can’t even do that. I will be returning asap!

Factory settings don’t allow you to download anything and there’s no disc reader. Tried disabling defaults, searched internet, very inconvenient for a new device. Clear and concise directions on how to accomplish this should be included. Couldn’t download TurboTax until returning to the store and the Geek Squad disabled the locked download. Ask yourself what good is a computer with no disc drive that won’t allow you to download what you need it for? lol omg

Great computer for the price. This is my second HP I love their products.

Very slow, I have had very good experiences with HP but with that I lost my expectations.

Locks up. Very sluggish on startup from time to time taking 10 minutes or more before usable

Horribly slow. Older computers work faster than this. Had to return.

Moves so slow, can barely run the internet. Very glitchy

Don't buy, too slow, battery last only 5 hrs. Can't even use google chrome

I’ve owned this laptop for a couple of years now and uae it daily for school and other activities daily. The storage is great, the screen is clear, It’s perfect for what I need it for. Sometimes I use the HDMI port to plug it into my TV to make my screen larger while watching YouTube and such. Definitely recommend this laptop!

Nothing on this computer will load, and it runs so slow.

Absolutely horrible laptop extremely slow on everything.

This is the worst computer I have ever used. Half of the time it is so slow I can’t even use it. I have attempted on multiple different internet connections and it either won’t respond, or it is so slow it takes at least twice the normal amount of time a normal computer would use. I have never been so disappointed using a computer in my life.

This laptop is incapable of any task you can throw at it. It will not last a week. Do yourself a favor and look at a chromebook in this price point, or get a laptop that has the specifications necessary to run windows.

Laptop works too slow since I bought it. Worked horribly since day one.
