    I was looking for something to upgrade from my 7 year old laptop but this ran slower. Plus windows 11 is confusing as hell. Laptop came installed with windows S, which claimed to help with virus protection, but prevented you from doing a lot of other things. Hard pass.

    Worst purchase I have ever made, it has corrupted 2x storage devices, barely functions with no add programs downloaded, dial-up would be faster. With in the first month I had to call support and do a factory reset. Yes it is cheap but spend money and get something thag catilly is reliable.
