I like that the laptop is light and small enough to fit in my bookbag for laptop that is 14inches or smaller. I will later purchase more memory for the reason my laptop stopped working.

I have never had issues. I have taken old computers to them and they have fix them to new. My new laptop is top notch. I love that I can move anywhere and conduct business. Worst PC to buy. DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOPS!!!!

Didn’t realize that it was 4 gigs of ram before buying and only figured it out after checking the specs once I recognized how slow this was running for simple tasks like schoolwork or watching shows. If you are reading this just know that HP computers are known for being the worst and you should never purchase a HP laptop like EVER. Go for a lenovo laptop please.
