Good laptop for streaming, just takes a little bit for it to calm down after booting to work smoothly

Display is okay. Not that fast and lags. battery life lasts a long time.

It's a nice computer. If you've got a kid/preteen who needs their own personal computer or a parent/grandparent that is bad with technology, this is a great starter machine. However, if you plan on actually doing work on it, get something else. This computer is slow when you have multiple apps open, it runs hard when you try to send an email, and it takes forever to troubleshoot issues. Its functional and can work for someone doing little to nothing on it.

It’s great if you’re on a budget and need something to get stuff done do not expect any high or high quality experience for the price.

Was upset that it was order as an open blx excellent condition. Which means included all accessories. Got home and literally was just the laptop. No charger nothing. The store almost didnt give me a charger but once i said i called the 1800 and said that they had to i got some off brand used charger.

Good for browsing sites. Could use it as a typewriter for projects or small tasks that don't require a lot of power.

very lightweight and keys easy to touch. Uusually get a darker color but the white accents the screen to brightness.

So far so good. I did have to download Google Chrome because Microsoft Edge was just too slow. But other than that, Im satisfied.

Laptop is restricted in "S" mode. Poor directions to turn off. Overall speed is terrible. Knowing you get what you pay for.. If you plan to do more than surf the internet or respond to an email, look for a better performing laptop. The only positive thing I can say is the battery life is very good, and charges extremely quick,

I am not a "tecky" type, but you need to have technoligy to stay up with the rest of the world. I am learning my divce a bit better and able to navigate a bit better. I think for those of us who still has encyclapidias that was my go too, it would be helpful to have a computer for "Older folks with sight issues" would be helpful." The people that helped me several times were very helpful and understanding. Thakful for "my" Best Buy Store.

Good computer so far. Made a little cheap and you can feel that and see that but for the price it’s amazing!

Hey, got this laptop for my daughter for school, its the right size to fix in her bag, color is nice, runs smoothly, typing has no issues, screen view is beautiful, very clear, just perfect for my daughter to do her class/homework. I Recommend this product.

Bought this laptop a while back and it is still doing what it needs to get done! Great for school work!

I just love this item. I was surprised it came in multiple colors. The ease and functionality is great. I would most definitely recommend it to people I know. The instructions are clear on the computer but… the only thing that is not too clear are the instructions on how to reset the computer back to factory status.
