I’ve never struggled this much with an HP product. I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It takes forever to load and when it goes to a new site you have to click “wait” on a “this page is not responding, wait or close” error message a couple of times before the page will load. This doesn’t happen every time but enough for it to be a problem. And this is after making sure any updates were completed.

I love this laptop. I am a college student so I can only comete my coursework on certain devices. This one is great for students, and it was a great buy.

So far really great laptop have had no issues, my son loves it price was ok

Great computer for simple functions like school work or personal use. Would recommend faster one for work related tasks.

Great laptop. I use it for online classes. Haven't had any problems. Battery life is great. Display is clear.

Not sure if this is the norm or if I’m just unlucky but the keyboard is absolutely terrible. The keys stick and occasionally caps lock randomly gets stuck ‘on’ and the only way to turn it off is to restart the laptop. I use this computer for my corporate job where I am required to do a lot of screen sharing via zoom. Nothing is quite as embarrassing as going to type on a live meeting and having a key stick. Example: “meeting minutesssssssssssssssssssssssssss”. Mind you, this computer is only a few months old, used strictly for work, and this has been a problem fr the very beginning. I guess maybe it’s my fault for buying a cheaper computer but I thought the bare minimum functions would work. Also, when you pick up this laptop to carry it into another room (ya know, a key function of a laptop) the click pad randomly clicks on things when touched from underneath the laptop. Again, maybe I just got unlucky but a laptop that won’t reliably type or click is basically garbage.

The computer works well, it does go a little slow when you first set it up for a few days but it works very well after that. For the price, its a good computer. I just use it for work nothing else.

It was not explained that this laptop comes in “S” mode. Or if it was I didn’t understand since I don’t know what “S” mode is. Was going to return it to store because I could not download any of my previously purchased apps. Kept getting a message that they were not “Microsoft approved “. The technician at the store knew immediately what the issue was and turned off “S” mode. Now I am happy with this laptop but initially I was very frustrated.

This is exactly what I needed and the price was perfect.

I like it ao far but im new on windows 11 and outlock mails stuff but ither then that i love it its too light and easy to cary it anywhere you want

It is a decent computer and runs my daughter's homeschool activities. It is not a fast machine, and probably couldn't handle much streaming or such. I would recommend for basic usage.
