However, I expected a bit more from a brand like HP. The laptop's performance has been subpar, with slow processing speeds and frequent crashes. It's small and lightweight. It runs smoothly, though it does not have the most storage. I love the color and it gets the job done for while I am working from home.

It's slow, the keys stick, sometimes it will freeze. When you scroll up and down, it just skips through pages like a Word document. I would not recommend this computer to anyone.

I understand that some of it was the specs not being strong enough to support doing much. I wanted to use it for just basic word documents and simple websearches. At this point I am thinking about returning it and purchasing something different that will have some speed. This laptop is deathly slow. Super bummer because I thought I was getting a good deal.

Even for a budget/entry level laptop this thing is ridiculously slow. I also have a Dell latitude d610 (from 2005!) that out performs this in certain situations.
