The setup took forever, but I customize quite a bit. The CPU and RAM have enough for my 11 year old to play Roblox and YouTube and such, but it's way too slow for what I'd be doing and I'd imagine not near enough for high-end gamers. But for what I bought it for, for a kid, it's good enough.

I bought this laptop to do tasks that can’t be done on my phone. It’s design is sleek and very lightweight. I bought it during a recent trip to NYC. It’s already served me well, and the price was amazing.

Laptop is good, Windows is bad.

It worked well for what I needed it to until Windows/Microsoft kept inflating the storage and memory with it’s bloatware that they call “software updates”. Upon startup as well as trying to do anything simple online, it would freeze or lag constantly with Task Manager reporting that 90% of the CPU and 98% of the 4GB of RAM was being used but unable to report on what was actually taking up all the space. I also experienced storage hardware issues where it would say the storage was full or nearly full while, again, being unable to report what was taking up so much room. I intend on replacing it with a laptop that’s much more capable.

It’s an amazing laptop but mine has like a loose key that I forgot to check before the days were up but doesn’t give me problems like you just hear it inside the laptop and a little slow cuz it’s windows :3

This laptop is great, except the "A" button gets stuck quite a bit. Nothing that has been told to do to fix it has worked. I also did not realize that it did not have a backlight keyboard. Other than that, great product

Having a second screen is great--- I can keep my whole portfolio up on one monitor while doing research on one stock on the other---- Or I could keep my whole address list up on that monitor while buying all my gifts on the other--- It saves all that switching back and forth! What a luxury!

I’m really impressed with this HP 14" Laptop! It’s lightweight and sleek, making it perfect for travel or working on the go. The Intel Celeron processor handles everyday tasks like web browsing, email, and document editing with ease. The 4GB memory and 64GB eMMC storage are just right for my basic needs and everything runs smoothly. Plus, the Snowflake White color gives it a clean, modern look—I love it!

It’s not perfect, but for the price, it’s nearly the best it could possibly be. After someone broke into our rental car, me, my sister, and her bf’s Apple MacBooks were all stolen. Yep, all 3 of them. Unable to afford to replace my Mac but needing a new computer ASAP for an online assignment due the next day, I bought this at Best Buy. Since my fingers were adjusted to the Mac keyboard, I struggled a bit with the HP keyboard. The upper right section has a bunch of buttons packed really close together and for the first week, I kept accidentally pressing the wrong buttons somehow highlighting and deleting entire sentences instantaneously (fortunately, I learned this could be undone by pressing ctrl + z). Then, there was the day with the general highlighting and copy and paste issue. I don’t know, but one day the keyboard alternated highlighting methods even though I selected a permanent one in the settings. This was annoying because I didn’t know whether clicking would set or lose my highlighted sections. That same day, the keyboard shortcuts for copy and paste didn’t work. Fortunately, I’ve only had these issues for one day in the past month that I’ve had this computer. Now for the pluses. First, this thing can handle A Lot without overheating. On my Mac, if I had 2 different browsers open with 10 tabs each and 2 open google docs in each of those browsers, it would overheat and start freaking out. I’ve have more open on this HP and to this day… it still hasn’t overheated nor freaked out once (although, my Mac probably had a lot more downloaded crap on it since I had it for nearly 5 years). Still, I was impressed. Back when I was a preteen, my dad bought me a $200 Dell and it would overheat so easily. I told myself I’d never get a Cheapo laptop as an adult, but this one (aside from the keyboard malfunction) has actually impressed me. Ultimately, while the keyboard could be better, I give this 5 stars because it’s done a lot better than I expected and I’ve decided not to replace it until it dies. Although I intended for it to be temporary, I like it enough that I’m content with it until the end. I also know that if HP somehow made this better for the same price, they’d probably have to cut corners somewhere (likely meaning the heightened exploitation of someone in an underdeveloped country). No thanks, I’m grateful for its current, 95% perfect functionality.

Good entry level laptop. Purchased for school, was a bit slow for my liking but good for the price. Ran the latest windows. Quality of the material could have felt nicer but again, good for the price,

I thought for the price that i was just going to get a not so good laptop because you get what yiu pay for. Right? Then I found that this is simply amazing. Initially, I'd gotten it just for my job, but now i use it for personal as well. I thought that i wouldn't be able to store a lot of files on it, but so far, it has been great. Not just that, I love it durability, sleekness and it's light weight. I just love it's overall performance.

Dont do what i did and figure that for its price it would be “good enough” for games like skyrim, and all that. Its pretty, ill give it that, its got a nice feel to it. But when i turned it on i realized it had way too little space for just about any game. Luckily i also happened to but a micro sd card i was going to use for my switch- so i worked around and used it for my main storage. However maybe its just cause im used to computers having atleast 100 GB for the price of 200 something or whatever but yeah i was baffled at the space it was like 30 GB, and the updates to windows had already ate a huge chunk of it. Again dont be like me and take a a closer look at it before you buy it.
