    Bought for my son who just uses it for zoom meetings. Laptop was unbelievably slow, but we dealt with it. A month and half after we bought it, the screen doesnt work anymore. It flashes on and off. Tried to call HP customer service and we keep getting a message "cannot take your call at this time". Will never buy an HP product again.

    I purchased this laptop for my daughter because she decided to go back to school. Best Buy offered free virus protection to download to the laptop… the problem is you can’t download something that don’t have an app. She also tried to download zoom because she takes online classes and she can’t download this either. This laptop is not a good purchase

    Being the lowest price of all the laptops that were available in the store, i didn't have much hope going into this purchase. When i say it felt like ages for the laptop to start up and finally throttle back down with its processing, i had already purchased the Uber and was riding back to the store. If you have nothing but time then this might be the purchase fort you, otherwise steer clear.
