Love it! It is convenient, just what we needed. It is just the right size and I can carry it wherever I go when needed.

my company wont let us put turbo tax (or much of anything else) on our company computers any more, so i bought this HP just for that. it was on sale and inexpensive, has tons of memory and battery life and is so light it almost worries me that it is delicate, but it is not. a fantastic value.

Excellent ease of use. Small and portable. Lightweight. Outstanding price. Sadly, not enough memory for my purpose, so I returned it. Have always been highly satisfied with HP products.

Easy to setup and I loved the backup transfer from my prior PC. I thought that I would have to spend hours uploading to google drive from the old pc and downloading documents to the new pc, but backup transfer was seamless.

. My laptop works with excellent speed, and for the price, it’s an amazing deal. I love it! I use it for work, and the battery lasts me an entire workday.

My husband needed a laptop for work and it has been perfect. Mostly uses it for emailsand maybe some internet searches but says the battery life for him lasts about 2 days. It isn't heave and looks very sleek.

It’s a great budget laptop! It has a very sleek look to it. Doesn’t weight too much. A bit slow at times but nothing that affects performance in my opinion

I love it. It’s easy to use and navigate. Love the fact that it’s so light. This was supposed to be just temporary but not I can’t let it go. Definitely a great, reasonable laptop.

Tried out to see how it would work with modeling programs like blockbench and blender and it works pretty well! Obviously it may run a little slow yet it isnt a problem for me especially for the price its understandable.

The computer is great, but updates are a pain. I know all computers need updating from time to time, but this is excessive. There is also constant pop ups from HP to do this and do that, that interrupts what I am engaged in on the computer which is even more annoying. Overall, the computer really is good with no mechanical issues or bugs. Good price for what features it can do.

Simple to use also lite weight little difficult to set up but not bad

I've had this laptop for a year. For a basic backup laptop it does the job. I still use a different laptop for better memory, image etc

Love this laptop, I got it as an open box because it was cheaper, it’s great quality and it works pretty well for the things I got it for. (Editing and planning and things of that sort. Battery lasts quite a while, very good!!!
