    It's been less than a month since I received the laptop, and up comes a message that the battery is holding minimal charge and may need to be replaced. I contact Best Buy, and get referred to the manufacturer since I am past the 15-day window. The mfg asks me if I have a half hour to spend on the phone; I respond not at this time. It is frustrating.

    Not what I expected. I needed a laptop as a backup to my Apple MacBook Pro. I figured, hey this should work for Word, email, cerfing. Probably, but I'm so used to the intuitive Apple that six steps to do one thing made me crazy. And way too much learning curve to "just simply" click or move or touch etc for me. Plusses: It seems faster than I was told it would be (but then again, it's brand new) and battery seemed to last ... good screen and brightness.

    Although it was certified by Best Buy I wish I didn’t buy it. Computer constantly cuts off while I’m working on it. I bought it on the 2 of August haven’t had a chance to open and set it up until today which is the 21st of August and what I can’t return it. My 1st of using it and it shuts off every 10/15 minutes. Throughly disappointed.

    Didn’t work at all no power then Best Buy wouldn’t take it back and had a very bad attitude towards me. When I try to bring it back I need to have a better system with products bought it for Christmas. Never opened it to Christmas Day and it wouldn’t come on. What a sad day for my daughter.
