Major disappointment

But this model was a major disappointment. Its slower than molasses.

Sluggish interface, very slow! Not worth it.

Horrible product

Initially i bought an hp laptop and that wasn’t any good so I traded it in for idea pad and it’s even worse. Very slow!

The computer is so slow you will not be able to do nothing on it. It’s like totally a trash.

Do not purchase this entry level laptop

She selected this one because it's size was similar to her chromebook and she didn't want a touch screen. Unfortunately, this laptop has a celeron processor that does work properly when it heats up. It will freeze up the task bar, disable the functionality of some of the buttons. Worst thing, it may not allow you to sign into your account. We have best buy's total care, we took it to their Geek Squad twice, the issues persisted, and their final word was it's a low-grade computer and processor, so you should expect these kinds of problems.

Does not work, basically you would be better off with a laptop from 2005. The actual worst customer service experience I have ever had. Basically they laugh in your face that you purchased such a cheap product and do nothing to help you. DO NOT BUY

Could have done better

I have to change the code to get into it at least once a week. The internet is always in not responding mode. I think a new computer would have been a better choice but I needed one just to get me by.
