The unit died less than 2 years. I sent it out to HP for repair since it was under warranty. However their support kept telling me it was not Covered under warranty cause it had damage. However - they were never able to document what the actual damage was- no evidence or proof. After several attempts dealing with support - they never got back to me to inform me of what they found as damage. I gave up and will never purchase an HP again.

Ok product, overall I would recommend hp products!

Sound is horrible. For a $1,200.00 the sound should be facing forward

I am a college student majoring in computer sciences. The HP Intel Celeron is an amazing inexpensive laptop for students or anyone who uses laptop computers. The size is easy to carry from class to class and the performance is outstanding. I recommend this HP as a computer to anyone who is buying a new laptop at a great price.

I don’t recommend buying this computer. I took it out of the box and it completely froze, the battery died super quickly when I did get to use it. Super slow, put your money into something better

Has a bit of a lag so don't try to do too much! However, it works really well for the purposes intended. Good for a starter laptop, student, and small businesses (so long as they don't have a lot of programs running at the same time).

Bad product and not recommended. So slow and temperature go so high

This product did not work for me. I had a hard time setting it up and it kept blanking out on me. The screen would go out. I just had to returned it and I traded it in for a different laptop. Which works fine for me. The price was okay. I like the color.

Not a fan of this computer, I heard it was fast and if people think this laptop is fast I would assume they have not used a computer in 30 years. It takes an hour just to get into a setting or for any webpage to load. I ended up buying a MacBook!

Laptop is a good price but runs extremely slow. I was trying to take an assistant that was timed and almost ran out time with the pages taking 2-3 minutes to load.

Just stopped turning on after about a month. Even when it worked it was extremely slow.

HP has been so good to me in the past! This time, not so much. First one got stuck in "Updates" - tried everything, took it back. Second one - same thing!! Too bad, otherwise a nice little computer at a good price. I switched to another brand.

This product wasn’t good I brought it for my grandson to use his first laptop for kindergarten it wouldn’t hold a charge, it was hard to turn on and to get to the apps was horrible.

This computer is good for my music business. It carries out all of the necessary functions that i needed. In addition, it was affordable and fit my budget perfectly.

Not what i expected! Not much memory to do what I need to do, don't know much about laptops and i must say you get what you pay for

Not ideal for school work or opening documents unless you dont mind taking a long time to open. Ran super slow and wasnt able to get work done in an ideal time.

Im not sure if this laptop was a refurbished one because it is very slow and does not work well. I keep getting not responding messages

This might be the worst computer I’ve ever had. Can’t do anything on it, when I search all I get is page is not responding and it’s super slow. Nice job on making junk HP

This computer runs very slow. Would not recommend, I would return it but it’s past the window if return.
