This computer actually decreased my quality of life. It’s not worth the materials it’s made from. Owned for 5 days and already lagging while typing a word document. You cant make this up.

They got 4 GB of ram mixed up with memory, it does not run very well at all. It's what you get for the price but a bit less.

I have owned a lot of various sized and powerful laptops and HP has always been a dependable brand both due to reliable machines and reputation and quality of their designs. This laptop is no different and is smaller scale 14 inch screen sized packs a nice little punch when it comes to smaller sized laptops with minimal memory and storage. This computer comes pre loaded with the latest Windows OS and is a nice design comparable to other HP laptops. With these machines you have to know what your purpose is since this is comparable to a Chromebook, less storage space packing 64GB and is a computer designed to be an internet device mostly, good for students or a professional that wants a smaller machine they can easily stick in their back and maybe use as a second laptop. Its very lightweight and the graphics are great for a machine this size. I like the fact its easy to carry and for the price point you would pay for these machines, its worth it and is easy to set up and use out of the box. In all not a bad laptop.

Its okay for the price. Good for small business handling, can't have to many open pages at once with this one. But if you looking for good price and value for the price this is it. Love the color pairs well with my bluetooth mouse. No complaints so far

It does not work ! Doesn’t load the apps nor turn fast anymore it hasn’t even been 3 months ! It’s fully charged and just wont load and freezes

Not sure what wrong with this laptop! The Worst laptop ever used, super slow! All the functions n apps response way too slow. My more than 3 yrs asus still faster than this one

This was very slow and would not open pages or stall when clicking. I was told I was not the only customer who returned it for the same problem.

Even after all the updates which there was plenty, but even after updates it was slow not as slow but enough for me to return it.

One of the reasons I bought this laptop was for the year free subscription to Microsoft 365. There doesn't seem to be a way to access this subscription. I have talked to Best Buy twice and still have no access.

CO9MPUTER BROKE DOWN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND BEST BUY POLICY WAS THAT I HAD TO GO OVER ONE MONTH WITHOUT COMPUTER WHILE IT WAS SHIPPED TO PALTO ALTO CA. FOR NEW MOTHER BOARD

This laptop is a great buy for the money. I really only use it to go online, check my email and watch YouTube TV while I’m working in my home office.

Very slow always have to restart because 4GB ddr4 ram is not enough to watch shows Barley can go on a website
