I need a cheap laptop to do some copy editing for my business on. Reviews of this one were good. Upon installing all of the required a windows updates, it constantly freezes up, taking at least two hours to re boot. It’s unusable. I tried to return or exchange, but since I was outside of the 14 day window for Best Buy to exchange, I was out of luck. Terrible all around experience.

Great Laptop But Too Slow At Processing

The only issues are it has far too little RAM (4GB) and the processing speed is incredibly slow. This makes for very frustrating moments when trying to toggle between applications, and I was constantly getting the spinning blue wheel while trying to work.

The screen is very easy to break. Please take this into consideration. As well when I received my order I'm still waiting for the sux months security that came with it as well the fifteen month Microsoft 365 program that came with it . I don't know what other to do them bring it to the main people's I guess. All in all, the customer service people are very nice though.

No apps even running on the computer, my CPU and RAM are already at almost 100%. I plan on returning and looking elsewhere
