He loved it. My boyfriend bought my the snowflake white one and I love it. So I knew this was a great buy for him since he is starting college. It was easy to zoom call easy, check emails, do my taxes, do my school work and print all my stuff.

Very slow and laggy

The touch pad and pointer (arrow,curser) do not work-there is no pointer to place on something and then tap to open it. The laptop is use less. Ive tried all recovery and reboots available to try and get the pointer and touch pad to work (with no success). (Im giving this review on a different laptop). There are a lot more thinks wrong with it but keeping review short.
