    Its been awhile since I've purchased a laptop, my experience at the Best Buy location was good, i had to wait for a few minutes before someone helped me, but i do love my computer

    While the computer is in "S" mode, you cannot download tax software like TurboTax. I learned this the hard way. I think you have to take the computer out of "S" mode, which you cannot reverse.

    This laptop was awful. The letters kept sticking and when I tried using the shift key to add a symbol or capitalize, it would add a different symbol and not capitalize. It was very slow as if it was refurbished. I ended up returning it. I do not recommend.

    Bought for my mother to have a very basic useable computer. I wish I would have bought her a refurbished old computer instead. It barely functions with maximum patience. It is a pretty shell that does the barest of bare minimum. Worth working an extra shift and oayi g the extra 100 for an acer or something that actually works.

    Overall great laptop for entertainment purposes had to return and swap it out due to it not having enough RAM for the tasks I would be performing. If you need something simple to scroll the entertainment stream movies and tv shows on this laptop would be perfect

    BEWARE!!! Only one external display on all M1 and M2 chips. Otherwise, this is a great computer and I have been thrilled with its performance thus far!
