Tried opening the Internet browser says its not responding. I turn it off and back on same thing. Try opening up task manager says it's using 70% of the cpu just to have that open. Can only use the calculator and calendar app. This computer should not even be allowed to be purchased.

This laptop is incapable of any task you can throw at it. It will not last a week. Do yourself a favor and look at a chromebook in this price point, or get a laptop that has the specifications necessary to run windows.

Wouldnt load full pages in the first day. Tried to update it and that took so long I had to give up and just return it. I dont care how cheap it is, it should still work on the firsr day. It also felt cheap. This is a lesson to not buy a computer based on looks.

Struggles staying connected to internet. Slow loading webpages.

Laptop works too slow since I bought it. Worked horribly since day one.

It just took 17 minutes for the login screen to load.

literally didnt even have it for a whole 24 hours. It started glitching in the set up process. Then just fully stopped responding to the touch pad. Save your money do NOT buy this

Great buy! Clean and fully functional. Bought it used and was hoping I didn’t have any problems.

The computer very nice. However no charger was ever shipped with it. Then when calling Best buys customer service number zero help because they sent me to my location store which I received the worst help, the brought out and old cord. Not helper and the worst customer care ever.

Very good price for a home use laptop. Works right out of the box affordable and no speed issues for using office products or casual browsing. Definitely not a professional programmer or gaming system but if you are looking for an affordable home or school use laptop you won’t be disappointed.

it can do your usall stuff but it has less storage and only 4ram but its still fine overall

WOW. These reviews are all fake or paid for. I hvent had a laptop this bad since 2011. DO NOT BUY THIS it's not even close to functional for basic web browsing which is all I bought it for.

The laptop is great for the price. I really like the rose gold color. It gets the work i need done. I use mainly for school and work.

The worst computer I’ve ever used. It takes a year to connect to a website, if it even does…. I usually get the popup that says “this page is not responding.” I’m now stuck with this piece of crap because Best Buy only allows 14 day returns. Very very frustrated

Ordered it online went up and got it from store. Came home everything was working good. One day went to use it and it wouldn’t load anything

Returning this product today , used it 4 times then it just shut down , dead , no power , nothing . I’d guess this is an extremely low quality product.

Dead in 3 weeks. Never buy this and never gift it to friends and family
