At first my computer was acting weird shutting off and keep kicking me out what i was doing but i reset the whole computer and it works much better

This is hands down the worst laptop I've ever owned. I could not hate this laptop more. Bought it in 2022 and had problems with it right out of the box. I had to disable the touchpad and use a mouse since the touchpad would start randomly activating buttons if you even waved your hand over it. It's SLOW, and I mean unbelievably slow. Pretty sure my laptop in 1999 was faster than this. I'll be typing along and suddenly it will switch to all caps even though the caps lock isn't on. I'll also be typing along when suddenly any button I push pulls up oddball screens and the only way I can fix it is to turn it off and on again. Did I mention that it's SLOW? Like it takes a full 3-4 seconds for a page to load and I'm not exaggerating. No one else's laptops in the house take anywhere near this long to load. I don't play games on it or even stream videos. NOTHING. I visit websites and send emails, that's literally it. Just AWFUL.

This is my second purchase of this laptop. I bought one in 2023 for myself for college and I just bought my high schooler one. Simple laptop that meets our requirements.

I was really excited about this laptop however throughout the year it was really SLOWWW, I was only using it for homework, and it didn't even work for that. Recently it stopped working like the screen doesn't turn on at all! Like the light from the battery turns on but the screen just doesn't turn on!! Even though it was a cheap computer, I recommend just buying a 400 to 500 dollar computer instead of wasting money on this computer.

I bought mine slightly over a month ago, but it's speed is slow. When I try to contact HP using the support tab, it doesn't let me. Occasional when I type, the screen blacks out on and off.

Fast. Suitable for my needs. If needing something for browsing, this is the laptop to get. Love that it's lightweight.

You get what you pay for. It's a cheap laptop if you need one to do very basic things, such as browsing the web. It's not the fastest computer, but it does the job.
