The lapop is nice, but it does tend to freeze up making the too slow for my taste, so I had to return it. Googling isn't an issue but when u want to transfer things in and out of the laptop then it is very slow.

This laptop is great. It is lite and easy to move around. I am learning Windows 11 and it is proving to be what I need. Thanks to the sales person who helped me with my purchase. I would recommend it to everyone. Thanks

Good laptop at a reasonable price. If ur into hardcore gaming this might not be for u. But it is perfect for every day use, emails, and microsoft office apps.

cute simple laptop for online shopping! super fast and easy to use

This product works pretty good so far. It is extremely lightweight and slim. Definitely more than any other computer I have had. Admittedly it can be a bit on the slow side, but that is to be expected with a Celeron processor. You won't be editing videos or running CAD, but as machine for checking emails, watching YouTube or some word processing work; it is great.

Bought this for my 15y/o niece. She needed it for basic school work, online social media, and a little online shopping. Processes fast, compact for mobility to school, and stylish. So far so good. Only bad for a few weeks so I’ll come back to review if needed.

I just love my new laptop. its so efficient for my new classes that I'm taking for criminal justice. I had such a pleasant experience at best buy in Downey that next time I'm looking for something electronic I'll go there. the service was impeccable. thumbs up from me.

Good low budget laptop. Runs a little slow but it does the work.

For the price is worth it, just a little slow, just for basic use is great, email, search, videos, etc, good camara.

I bought this laptop because my old one broke and I needed something for school. It runs great and doesn't lag. I can game on in through the Xbox app and my Xbox as well as do everything I needed for school. The battery life is great as well as the speed.

i use it everyday to do all the things needed to complete my projects for work on time and hassle free easy to take anywhere and so much support from hp and best buy your sure to be pleased

Bought this computer for my Son. He wanted to replace my 10 yr old computer that he used all the time. Works great and way faster than the dinosaur he was using.

It is a great lap top overall especially if you just want it it for small usage or just for research but if u fill up the memory it gets very slow and keyboard is a little flimsy
