I’m content with it it’s awesome does a great job .But I also would have appreciated if the sales team would of helped me set it up. The sales clerk was awesome but it also came with Webroot but they actually say it’s free but you have to purchase something didn’t like that about the free item after purchase

For the price of the laptop it’s an ok investment. I wish I would have saved a little more and got something that’s faster and better picture quality. It works well for middle school students or younger for school work.

I am a therapist, and I use this for writing notes and emails. It works wonderfully for that purpose. The only thing I don’t like is that it is without ten-key. It has taken some getting used to, but is no big deal in the grand scheme of things. Great for the price, I would recommend this for sure.

I have a Mac and PC. Bought this on sale in anticipation of my old PC dying in the near future. Great for the price and basic computer use. Happy to be back with HP as I struggled to love my last PC. Not yet sold on the Windows 10-S. There is an option to change but once you do you can’t go back.

I bought it for my sister to use it for her school work.As usual hp laptop does not disappoint.i will recommend it for anyone who wants to buy one.

This is a nice piece of software which will get your daily office and web browsing work without issues. The new intel gold processor might sound low end but it can be compared to an old i5 in terms of processing speed. The ssd is a must nowadays for a smooth windows performance.

This computer has been perfect for simple tasks at home. It operates quickly on and cleanly. So far has not been glitchy or given us any trouble. We purchased when on sale as just a basic "at home" laptop and it has met all of our expectations.

Lovely light computer. No separate keypad, only numbers are on the traditional qwerty keyboard.

I purchased this laptop because I need one for school. I wouldn’t want to look for a surface pro but that was a bit out of my price range. One of the members there help me pick out this laptop. And I love it. I can multitask and get all my work done.

This laptop is great! Is a perfect size is not too big or too small. I’m attending college and I’m happy with my purchase! Is slim and is not heavy . Easy to carry around . I truly recommend it.

The computer is great for children. Easy access to online school work. It is not the best for word documents but it gets the job done. Excellent price if you aren’t looking for anything fancy.

Like a decent used car, it will get you where you're going, but probably not very fast. Basic web surfing and word processing it's fine. If your the next Zuckerberg you probably want something stronger.

I purchased this computer for my son who is a senior in college. He has had several laptops and this is the first one that he feels meets all his needs.
