Recently handed this down to my daughter for home schooling... but I enjoyed using it up to that point. Great camera for web conferencing. Overall solid buy at a excellent price-point. A simple DDR4 upgrade improved performance tremendously.

I bought this laptop because the price and I'm impressed... great for my for the university, for quick action and notes. I recomend this product.

I don’t use computers much anymore at home now that we all have smartphones and a wireless printer...but for the occasional times you want/need a computer this one fit the bill perfectly. It wasn’t too expensive and it is fast...for now.

What a fantastic laptop. I love the speed, easy setup, and what a fantastic price. I purchased this for myself, and originally paid $299.00 for it. My nephew set it up for me, and kept commenting on how much he liked it. I thought I would surprise him with one for his birthday or Christmas, but was waiting for it to go back on sale for $199.00. The day after I got mine, the sale was back on, so not only did I buy him one, I was able to get a match price on mine. What a great price on a lap top, that comes with Windows 10, and Webroot, and so much better than my old HP Netbook, with XP, which has not been supported for years. I don't think you will be disappointed!!!

This was a great purchase for the price and my son found it very easy to get around it. We would buy again. It maybe a smaller screen next time

Great little laptop great prize comes with a pretty good amount of features. It will do everything I want to do really love the solid state hard drive loads up very quick and you know for your shop in do a little homework watching Netflix music YouTube. It is a great purchase. It's really thin very easy to Carry around with you doesn't take up a lot of space and does everything somebody that just want to play online and you know use a laptop but doesn't wanna pay a crazy price for one this is the 1 you need

I purchased the laptop and quickly set it up and connected to my home network. The laptop connects only to the 2.4 wireless network as noted in other reviews. Based on another reviewer's recommendation, I purchased 8 GB RAM (~$45) in-store and installed the RAM after removing the rubber strips and the screws on the bottom. The laptop has two RAM slots, so I inserted 8 GB RAM in the empty slot giving 12 GB RAM total. Online videos can assist you if this is your first time taking apart an HP laptop and adding RAM. You will need a very small Phillips head screw driver for the screws and a small flat head screwdriver or other tool to help remove the rubber strips on the bottom. Total set up time, including installing the extra RAM, downloading Office 365, Chrome, switching from Windows 10S to Windows 10, testing printer connection, etc. was about 2.5 hours. I used a LAN connection during the setup process to help speed up downloads.

Picked this up to use as a casual machine to browse, play music, watch Netflix, and have found it to be a perfect machine for that. Heavy duty office stuff....probably not so much. ONE WARNING: this is running Windows 10S, which is designed to protect you from yourself since you are obviously too stupid to be alone. Upgrade to regular Windows 10 (free and easy) as FAST as you can. Now you can download such dumb stuff as printer drivers, better browsers......

Price was very similar to a chrome book but I decided to go with this band I’m happy. Fast and reliable for $200

I have been really impressed. For the price, it boots up quickly and does all the basic tasks i need it to.

This is a great light laptop that is very portable for light business trips with good battery life.

Purchased this for my mother who does basic word processing, emailing and paying bills online. She's not a total newbie when it comes to tech and had Windows 10 on her older laptop but this one is faster, has plenty of space and was familiar enough she can do what she needs to and not worry about screens timing out like on her old dinosaur. Its stylish, seems sturdy and seems to be just great for what she needs

I bought this for my spouse, she needed a laptop for her classes. So far she loves it!, great on battery and it does a great job for multitasking and runs pretty smooth. She doesn't know much about computers, but this should more than enough to do her homework or anything small matters. Wifi works great, no dvd/cd drive, pretty light for a laptop, overall its a great laptop for a hundred bucks off.

Pretty happy with this laptop-the only thing that concerned me after my purchase, was that I couldn't download my Webroot antivirus. Found out that it already has a Windows antivirus program installed on it. The only way to put any different programs on it is if you take it out of the S mode. Not sure if I want to do that, as I would be concerned that something might mess up the computer.

I switched from a Dell to my HP. I like the lightweight design, smaller frame around the screen, and having the plug-ins on the right side instead of the left. The only thing I'm really not crazy about is the on/off button, which is really small and narrow, and sometimes takes two or three tries to press to turn on. Other than that, I fell very satisfied with my laptop.
