    The best part of my purchase was the service I received. I have zero idea of what I really need or how to really work a computer. I’ve had an HP for years and it’s seen better days so I needed to upgrade! The Best Buy employee was extremely informative and very respectful knowing I knew next to nothing He got me all I needed. A laptop. A printer. And all I needed for excel and word. Very very helpful!

    I bought this for my wife to do some work with windows. Although our entire family uses apple products, my wife actually uses windows quite often, so I decided to get her this economical laptop and she has really made good use of it. The only con she has mentioned to me is that the keyboard won’t light up and she does a lot of her work in the dark while in bed. Other than that, she’s content with her new laptop.
