Basic Laptop

I also use this device to surf the web and to look for career opportunities. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with it since I purchased it last year.

Easy to use

Also an easily upgradable laptop with an m.2 WiFi card. It can easily be upgraded to a 5g compatible WiFi card. Overall thus laptop is very cheap and good for its price. Would be worth more than it costs here if you play on upgrading it.

Good computer, not necessarily for my needs

Price was right too. Bought it to use for photo storage and as a digital photo frame with video/panoramic viewing. Based on 10S op system, challenging to download Google Chrome and the app I wanted to use for this purpose. Would recommend for child or senior for ease of use and converting to tablet.

HP hasn't improved

About 4 weeks in I started to notice pixelation on the bottom of the screen. It wasn't bothersome enough to do anything about, and I wrote it off "you get what you pay for." It progressively got worse as the weeks got by as a couple of pink spots turned to black on the margins of the screen. 3 months in, the touchpad fell in. When I sent it in they said screen was "caused by user" and they charged me $400 for a repair! I said heck no, so they said, if you don't fix everything, we wont fix anything. So now I have a $200 paperweight. My last HP ever, I'll stick with Lenovo.
