I wanted to try a Chromebook and I initially enjoyed it until a few months after my return window it started to freeze on me. It "cleared up" by blanking out and coming back when I thought it would freeze and I thought maybe either a Webview or Chrome OS update would work the "bug" out but it's back again freezing when I use Chrome (which the system is centered around!) and it's taken me at least three tries to write this review. I had to use the text editor to write this because writing in Chrome it would freeze before I get to post this. So I'm copying and pasting. I'm not sure if it's a Chrome issue or an HP issue or just this laptop but it's not usable. I'd say skip it for something else.

Previously had a Dell Lao Top which went screwy. Bought present lap top to replace Dell.

It's ok very slow can't really installed anything i guess

This was a replacement for my daughters chromebook which was having keyboard issues. It has worked fine, usually. Occasionally, the computer freezes up and needs to be restarted. I thought this would be rare on a chromebook. May return if this keeps up.

Does not have windows installed will have purchase windows

I thought my grandson would be able to download the games he is interested in playing.

Lack of HDMI can cause problems. Need to buy adapter

It’s an okay laptop I returned it after a few days.

It was on sale so I bought it on impulse. I figured out quickly that I don't like Chromebooks or the operating systems. Too much of a learning curve from Microsoft. May be a good produce but it is not for me. Now I'm stuck with a useless laptop.

I have been very frustrated at the difficulty of setting up this product and the numerous glitches that happen constantly. I use it only as a school laptop for writing papers but even that is nearly too strenuous for this product. Would not recommend if you want something to last longer than six months

We owned it for under 14 days and it kept shutting down and the battery was ultimately bad. Crap, it was brand new and died. Liked the touch screen and chrome os, but it was crap.

I had the computer since March an now it dont wanna turn on

Kinda mad about this bc I came to buy a computer so I can do music and yet I get pinched to buy this and was not informed that it was not windows but was able to do what I need to do

this laptop not too bad if it doesn't restart periodically.

I had taking this back To the store because I couldn't get it on the Internet I took it to the Geek Squad to get repaired then they lost it and so they can't find it your record said that I returned it but I didn't return I took it to the geeks while I took it to the Geek Squad to get repairs nowhere can I find a return receipt where I was refunded my money I'm trying to have someone contact me to resolve this issue but everyone keeps giving me the run around on where were who I have to talk to If somebody could contact me I would greatly appreciate when they're through this app or another app
