Good set-up for the price!Has enough power for a part-time gamer like me,watching smooth content & everything else I need to do.Have always had good results with HP computers since all the way back when they merged with Compaq.Still have a one of there laptops with Windows 7 and going strong.Can pick it up and use it right now.Ha.They have always been my choice for a solid built computer.Not a big fan of Windows 11 layout though.But thats not on Best Buy,thats on the big wigs at Microsoft listening to programers that want to make and say they made a footprint changing something and quaked it up.Its fine.But with all the feed back they should have learned by now that if they set up alot of the system like Windows 10 and back they wouldnt have got so much backlash.Leave good alone and add accordingly.Dont change the map,just make it better to follow with more treasures along the way.But other than that good job Best Buy!I am very pleased with my purchase.Also bought a universal power cord for old laptop from them.Worked great!

Windows 11 laptop to the rescue! ! !

Was slightly reluctant to move to laptop for my main computing and music production, but Windows 11 and this HP lappy have impressed me. Thanks so much HP and Best Buy!

Replaced my ten year old clunk laptop

As an author, I needed a good laptop to make it easier to be a guest on podcasts and Zoom meetings, iIt works great for that. It comes with Windows S. So, if you are transferring virus software, make an appointment in the store to do this—it is much easier than doing it online.

Great Laptop with New Keys

The big screen makes reading news articles, emails and doing online puzzles a snap. Several new keys not on my other laptops are the power ON button, Home, End, Pg Up and Pg Dn which make navigating much quicker without having to always use the Num Lock key. Very happy with this laptop!
