Upgraded from a 10 year old laptop. This was obviously a major improvement. It has been only 1 month since we got it. We are not using it for games or anything processor taxing, just basic functions, home budgeting, reading email, etc. Performance is great. For the price point, we are very satisfied.

We're happy with this computer so far. It's used almost daily for relatively light to medium tasks, including very light video editing. The battery has been lasting well so far averaging 3-5 hours per day. No issues to report and looking forward to continuing to use it.

Very happy with the performance for the cost. The simple games that I play online would barely play on my old computer. No problem with this one. My 500mps internet connection tested at 80mps with my old computer. Tests at 400mps with this one. Haven't used it long enough on battery to test it to full specification.

I purchased this HP Laptop for my husband at Christmas. He loves it and is completely satisfied with the overall performance, especially the speed. for the price it's decent. Windows 11 Home in S mode only allows you to install apps from the store. Luckily you can switch out of that restriction. however this is a one way option. Hardware feels ok, but not super sturdy. Performance is as expected, making it a great purchase for office work.

I like this computer since it is very fast when I use the internet, and the price is very reasonable compared to other brands. It is also very reliable in term of the internet connection. Very affordable for someone like students if you are on a budget and need a good computer.

I like this computer however, it is very different from all the other packages (365) I've used. It did not come with a user' s manual which surprises me since it's so different. It's lightweight, nice silver color. Best Buy will set up your computer up for $199.00 which is a lot of money. Shame on you Best Buy. All other places will set up your computer.

Really great and affordable laptop. I bought it for normal use and it really exceeded my expectations. It does fast downloads and has a decent amount of space. Will Definitely purchase another one for my son soon!

Great laptop - perfect for the price, fast, reliable. Speakers are a little bit quiet, that's my only complaint. A pair of headphones or an external speaker easily solve the problem.

Is a good computer if you are looking for something that can help you with your studies or home office. Is comfortable to carry with you and has a good battery life. The only thing that I don’t love is the sound quality, because is not to loud, but is not a big problem
