6 weeks from purchase and very happy. Picked this up as a budget option really just for occasional use and to contain music editing software. It’s an outstanding laptop for the price, more than powerful enough for home use, great screen quality and zero lag loading programs.

This HP was well worth the money! I was a lot of skeptical about this purchase because of how low the price was, especially seeing that I purchased it at Christmas time for my daughter. I bought this computer, December 24, 2023. Today is April 19, 2025 and it’s still going strong. I’m actually trying to see if I can buy the same computer again for myself.

Goof laptop. Only problem wad that thr purpose for it wss to run my wife's lazer engraver. 3D printer and vinyl cutter. When she tried to connect these machines she discovered they needed Windows 10. Went to see the Geek Squad who told us tbey couldn't preform this.Had to return it.vwill look for a remanfactured init

Very pleased with the new laptop - got a great price on it, and everything transferred back from the cloud with no problems or missing things, I'm getting used to the changes from the old windows 10; still can't find a few things, but all in all, I'm pleased.

High res display was a great plus. Charging was quick and 256GB HDD and 16GB Ram for under 400$ was a great pick up during the holidays. Laptop functions great and works well for light work - browsing, spreadsheet work and watching videos were our use cases and it worked great for that.

Great budget laptop, I brought it for my son as a academic tool and this machine runs all stuff that school requires. It’s almost a mid scale gaming laptop, ryzen 5 microprocessor it’s powerful enough, maybe a little more hard disk drive would be perfect.

Good computer good price good color good size ....

I bought this laptop for about $400. After a few weeks of usage, the laptop runs perfect and doesnt freeze up. Only problem ive run into so far is a bit of overheating at times and a loud fan, but besides that, if you can grab it on a sale its a decent bang for your buck.

HPs give you bang for the buck. Black Friday weekend special. A friend paid twice as much as I did 2 weeks prior. 16gb ram and 12th i5, and nvme ssd means I can run 100 tabs per browser, 5 browsers, and Linux on a virtual machine. My 4th HP laptop purchase and I have No Regerts.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she says she loves it. Say La it works perfect for everything thing is doing. It was easy to setup and fast for the price I paid for it. She writes stories as well as craft so she use multiple apps and so far no issues.

Great laptop. Set up was super easy. At first I was not sure of the processor but it has worked great with my home and work needs. The price was right on my budget for this device

This was bought as a gift for my grandson. He needs it for school. We had to have Best Buy do something to it for him to download the school work. So far, it's been just what he's looking for. And your Geek Squad helped that to happen. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this laptop a year ago and it works so nicely. Games work at a nice rate for the price and you can move across websites swiftly.

I spent so long looking for a laptop like this. It’s fast responding, the quality of sound is good, the screen is ok, definitely better with an anti glare protector on it, but the price was incredible for this laptop. Definitely worth every penny

I bought this computer for my window tint shop to use for my film cutting software and also to do graphic design I’ll say this I never have to wait when multitasking and even with several programs open and two graphic design programs it’s never slowed down I love it

Overall, I am satisfied with the product. The speed and memory are good for my needs. However, I have noticed that the lower left corner of the mouse periodically gets stuck when pressed and the right side of the mouse has to be pressed to balance out the left side.
