My wife loves this laptop. It is really fast, and it does everything that she needs it to do for school. She has had a little bit of trouble signing into her email account, but that may not be a problem with the laptop.

So far so good! Did extensive research due to great low price and was impressed with all reviews. Perfect laptop for my small business. Best Buy makes it easy to select the laptop for you based on your needs.

One of the best laptops I have had at a reasonable price! I use it for school and some slight gaming.

Only had it a week and not a lot of chance to use it but it was a lot easier to get setup with the programs I wanted on it, after I learned how to shutoff the windows safe mode. Will say the display is a little hard to read if not at the right angle. Would rate higher after more use.

so far I can't complain. I'm still trying to get used to the keyboard because it has the number pad which is a bit wider compared to my last computer. But I like it and I loved the price that I got it for.

Very fast laptop. Boots up in less than 15 seconds and websites load quickly. Bright screen, although the task bar looks washed out on the normal settings, but you can personalize it to make it look better!

I needed a new laptop for personal use. Ordered at the store. Was delivered in 2 days. Easy set up and had no issues at all. Also bought a new printer and it connected immediately to it. Great laptop and great price.

This laptop was a Christmas for my husband. He was elated with the speed and the quality. Especially when I explained the price paid. The value is really there! And the delivery was fast and efficient. Way to go Best Buy!

When looking for a laptop to buy, I was debating between others with a better price/a higher discount or this one. I ended up going with this one. Although upfront, I will say my expectations weren’t high because my old laptop was super old the laptop has definitely been worth the money for me. There’s no issues whatsoever, it’s fast, the screen is good, there’s really no complaints. If I had to nitpick one thing it would just be that the keyboard is not a back lighted keyboard. Other than that it works perfectly for what I use it for which is either watching Netflix or online shopping or paying some bills. Definitely worth the buy!

Good little laptop for the money. I bought it to carry with menon showings and it does a good job. I would also like to compliment the young man that helped me at Best Buy. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful.

I am slowly getting use to it but it is fine... I think i got good deal for the money . It is light easy to setup I don't think you have to be tech specialist to operate. Which what I was looking for.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Great sales price. Not as easy to setup as I expected. After retiring from a career in IT, it wasn’t hard to setup, but I can see that most folks would be calling for help.

Giving this as gift for Christmas to my grandson. I know he will love it. I’m sure it is a great gift! I bought one last year for another grandchild and she had used it for school. It is the perfect present to help children achieve!

I’ve had this laptop for a few weeks and I have enjoyed it it works very well for school and for some light gaming such as sims 4 or something similar. I am able to submit my assignments on time and I’m a happy camper.
