So far I am very happy with it. The Geek Squad at my nearby store helped me get it all set up. I still have a couple of things to do yet. But I really like the size and the feel of the keyboard.

This is the best laptop for the price. It is fast. It transferred all of my data from my desktop in about five minutes! There wasn’t any transfer cables needed.

Bought this computer for simple, routine tasks (e-mails; FB; etc.) for a family member. Set up and use is simple and sufficient for his needs. Thanks HP

I had gotten this laptop for Christmas and so far I quite like it, it's pretty light-weight and its a very nice plain desgin. I would like to say that it does run out of a lot of space if you are using it to play games.

Awesome laptop very nice quality and performance at a decent price

Great laptop for the price. One thing to note is that it's locked to Microsoft products, so to download any non Microsoft programs, you need to disable of S Mode. it's not overly difficult following instructions you can find online.

My daughter really likes this laptop. She likes the way it runs she is downloading all her stuff and she likes the slim design.I will say ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐stars.And she isn't having any problems with it

Ordered this computer to use for making spreadsheets, light photo editing, and the like. It works great so far. I transferred pictures from my phone to an external hard drive and it was very fast.

Good overall computer for online and cloud use. Speeds seem very nice and likely enough for gaming with HDMI cable and 4K T.V. What I didn't like was limited USB and no SD card slot.

I just needed an inexpensive laptop mostly for file storage, didn't need anything insanely powerful, this laptop fit the bill at a great price point

Takes awhile to start up sometimes. Works as it should. I would have liked more if they kept the two buttons below the finger board though.

Fantastic laptop - I've had an older model for several years and it is great. Very good battery, excellent display and the keyboard with numeric key pad is a must for data-intensive work.

Very good laptop for the price. It’s a good cheap laptop with enough power that you won’t always be slowing down when working. Great for every day tasks, but not for gaming.

I got the open box laptop and was skeptical at first. However, this computer is a really nice upgrade to the one I had before. It’s very fast and does everything that I need it to do.
