Excellent product with great price. Same product looked everywhere but couldn’t get price near to what I get from Bestbuy.

I got it on a deal and it’s been amazing so far! The only things that are a little lack luster is the battery and the speakers. The battery is okay when browsing online but watching a movie or video does decrease the battery quicker than I’d like. The speaker is where it loses its star, they’re poorly placed and have a low max volume. If I’d pay full price it’d be more disappointing but if you use earbuds or headphones phones no biggie. Also not too bad for gaming depending on the game you play

Great laptop for price unbeatable at price point. A fast CPU and processor as well as a built in GPU. Great for work and light gaming

16GB Ram is the best but an hassel with windows S mode had to bring it back to normal windows to install the software needed.

Great little laptop! I use this for email, word processing, and other simple tasks. Stellar so far.

Definitely worth the money. I play a lot of the Sims on here and it runs so smoothly, even with all my packs downloaded. 10/10 recommend

Happy customer! Been needing a new PC but holding off because of Christmas expenses. Checked Best Buy website and found a fantastic deal. Great size, everything I needed, super memory capacity and ready in an hour. Wow! When I went to store, the rep was stationed right by the door, took my info and I was back to my car in minutes. Friendly staff and an HP no less. Very great sale! Had to tell friends.

So far this computer has been working well. It lets me work with anything I want easily and the battery lasts quite a while.
