I am totally thrilled with my purchase of the HP-15.6" Laptop. It's very user friendly and navigates well with the internet. The update to Windows 11 was a great choice for me and I'm liking it more and more. It's sort of baby steps in learning what the program offers.

Wish the charger was USB-C and I wish I could’ve gotten something a little better but my wife needed a new one and this was in the budget.

Purchased this Laptop for Christmas and very satisfied with this HP product. Would recommend this for anyone needing a laptop for sitting around the house on the couch relaxing and keeping in touch with friends on the internet orusing it for basic needs

Very good laptop, fits my needs exactly. The one and only downside I have found is the laptop is hard to open in that the lid closes very tightly making it difficult to get my fingers in to open. This would not be a problem for a younger user at all.

This is a great basic laptop. Looks and feels good and works for the general applications I needed it for. I did get a better web cam because the one included is only 720p while the new one is 1080p. Definite difference.

Pretty decent laptop for the price I bought it for but it was a tad slow when I had 5 tabs open. Also I did not like the resolution. Colors were not as vibrant. The black looked grey even after calibrating it. Not bad for a starter laptop or if needed for basic tasks

This review does not reflect on Best Buy, but rather HP and their terrible laptops. The laptop arrived quickly and was securely packaged. Upon turning it on, the screen looked washed out, and the keyboard felt worse than a $10 wired keyboard from any brand. I let Windows do all of its updates, deleted all of the bloatware (which was only McAfee), and attempted to use YouTube. A single window of YouTube had the fans blasting, and the laptop's performance tanked. It also made a strange popping noise every few minutes, so I quickly turned it off. I waited a while, then turned it back on, and it continued to have the same issues. I eventually decided to just return it to Best Buy, as I was unsure if dealing with HP's customer service was worth it for that quality of laptop. The return process was seamless. I simply shipped the laptop back with the shipping label Best Buy sent me, and received a refund within 2 weeks. At the $300 price point, I would strongly recommend ASUS or Lenovo laptops. I have helped family members purchase laptops at this price point from those brands here on Best Buy, and those laptops were good.

Lots of power for the money! Super graphics just enough power for entry level gaming for the young ones. Purchased for my nephew who is 14 years old.

This HP laptop is meeting all my expectations. This laptop is for personal use and will be more than I need in a computer. As a person that is not tech savvy, the new AI features are taking a while to learn and get used to which I expected. Overall I rate this computer good to very good.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. The only thing I don't like is the battery seams to die fast but that does help limit her screen time as we don't allow her to drag the charger around.

This review is for all of my small format print companies .. I use this computer for Versa Works only it can be slow in updating your images but it does work again this is the only Ap I have on this pc .. happy printing !!
