Purchased this computer to replace my current one that is 5 years old. For the first 1 - 1 1/2 weeks I did not really have any issues except for the pointer dissappearing and having to move my finger around on the mouse for several seconds to get it to appear again. And then all of the sudden the WIFI Connection kept going in and out. I checked all of my other devices (including my 5 year old HP laptop) I have and they all had WIFI with no issues. I am having to toggle between both of the laptops as this new laptop keeps losing the WIFI connection. And of course it is 1 day past the return period when it stated so I am stuck with it. In addition, with the darker keys it could also use a backlit keyboard.

Good general purpose laptop. I don't need to be able to launch rockets or build new worlds. I need to be able to order things online, and watch YouTube videos. This is perfect for ordinary people doing ordinary things.

Good laptop for normal work, i bought it for one of my friend

This laptop is really nice and has great specs for sure. The problem is the display is AWFUL! It's is really faded and washed out looking. I have had 720p resolution Chromebooks that had a much, much better display than this HP laptop. Obviously, HP cut corners on the display to bring the price down and it's too bad. I tried everything HP suggested to fix the display (update graphics drivers, etc, etc), but nothing worked. Also, the laptop does not have where the charging is limited to a certain amount if you keep it plugged in all the time (to preserve the battery life long term). For example, my Asus laptop has it where charging is limited to 60% and my battery life is 91% after three years so the Asus' battery charking limiting software definitely works. I returned this HP laptop.

It runs well, and the screen color is nice, and it plays the Sims! I was most concerned about the sims thing. Now I have three cats, and an adopted little boy. I love them all

I am definitely glad that I went with this option. I literally have no complaints. I was able to connect my large monitor without any issues at all. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for great quality but affordable.

It's a great laptop so far. I ordered it without seeing it in person. The keyboard is shifted a little to the left because it has numbers on the side and above. So, that has been awkward when typing -lots of typos. LOL But I'm adjusting. Otherwise it is great!

I am really enjoying my laptop. I worried aboit the keys being to small, along with the screen. I made a great coice in choosing the brand I have. Thank you all for the great customer service and product.

Laptop is awesome, but Windows 11/Microsoft Edge has a lot of bugs that need worked out and to download a different browser you have to take the computer out of “s” mode which I think is kind of dumb. Other than that I’m happy with it.

By mistake I purchased a Chromebook instead on a PC. I was able to exchange it for the PC that I needed very easily. The Best Buy employees knew exactly what to on the exchange and were great to work with. Thank you.

This laptop meets my needs for online school. However, the keyboard is large, so if you into larger keyboard this is cool. I had to purchase a laptop light since the keyboard has no light. For the price, this laptop is a win for me.

Great product. Been doing school work on it. Also playing some games on it.

The S Windows Security feature is new to me. It protects you online. That’s a nice addition. It comes with a subscription to Microsoft office software instead of a permanent software installation. Don’t like that at all.

Picked it up from Best Buy yesterday, 2/10/2024. Went to turn it on this morning 2/11/2024. Not even a full 24 hours later and it wont start up. Tried every trouble shooting thing possible. Still just a blank screen with a circle spinning. No wonder its marked down to $349 from $629. Definitetly do not reccomend.

it is a great laptop. Everything I do on here is satisfactory. I love that. It’s also touchscreen.

I have had several HP computers now. This one was a Christmas/graduation gift. She has already had to contact HP support for the mousepad sticking. Also something with the screen/picture. That was a bit disappointing, but we still like HP computers.

I did not expect that i would have liked this labtop so much. I dont know alot about computers but i know that it does the job and have great features that benefit my business. It handles my work load with ease.

Got this computer as a gift for my girl while it was on sale. She wanted a computer to play sims on and do basic stuff. For the $$ it runs sims 4 great on max graphics and does everything she needs with basic Microsoft office
