She wanted a computer to play sims on and do basic stuff. For the $$ it runs sims 4 great on max graphics and does everything she needs with basic Microsoft office

Good quality laptop

The battery life is quite short and the display can be quite hard to see in certain lightings and environments. I use it for school so it gets the job done.

But it’s good anyway. The display could be better, but what I paid for the device it’s good quality anyway

Perfect for a budget laptop to perform normal usage on every daily tasks.

Nice laptop, no mouse though

I called and a rep placed the order. When I received my laptop I did not get the mouse that was supposed to be included.

Would have given another start but s-mode comes on it and you need a Microsoft account to remove it.

A large SSD was important to me and the stock storage is sufficient. The graphics are entry level but not necessary for my office suite applicationa that I will primarily be using.

It runs a little slow and some of the start up features did not seem staight forward when stting up, but im sure could be esilybfigures out with th manual.

new laptop

My first laptop purchase at Best Buy did the build while I waited. Otherwise it is fine

The only issue is that I didnt get a full charger. There was no connector from the block to the power source. I had to use one from an old laptop.
