Love the fact that i can have a million tabs open to access everything i need for work. Although, mouse pad gets stuck occasionally, thats the only frustrating thing ive come across this far.

PERFECT HOME COMPUTER, STILL HAVE NOT USED ALL THE FEATURES IT COMES WITH, BUT SO FAR I AM EMPRESSED, I MOSTLY USED IT TO KEEP TRACK OF MY FINANCES AND QUICKEN.

I absolutely LOVE my new HP laptop! Works like a dream, love the keyboard and everything about it!! Worth every penny and a great sale price was the icing on the cake!!

This is the best laptop I’ve ever owned. It has all the features I need and I added the security for free. I also added the Geek squad just in case. Blake was awesome!!

I purchased this at a really good deal, however I have experienced 2 situations where the screen froze, and I had to force restart. Not ideal, but I'll continue to observe.

An affordable laptop that does all I need it to do. Not necessarily the fastest, but as someone looking for a personal computer after years of just using their work computer, this was a great option.

I’m usually more of an Intel kind of person but this Ryzen HP with the SSD loads very quickly and I have no issues. Got it on sale for nearly 50% and it has performed perfectly

Decent laptop if you get it on sale, for general use, though I had concerns about the build quality, it feels lower quality than I was hoping for. I picked up a cheaper Asus on the same day, and the cheaper and lower spec Asus felt better, so I am thinking of returning this to get a slightly higher priced Asus instead.

Best thing I’ve bought from Best Buy. Went in and salesperson got right on it. I was out in no time.

Great specs for the price - ran smoothly but there were a couple areas that led me to return it. 1.) Odd speaker distortion from time to time - maybe a driver issue but I didn't want to dig too deeply into it since it was brand new. 2.) This is one me but the fact that the screen was not an IPS panel it was hard to find the right angle to make the screen look nice. The PC I ended up buying has an IPS display and it is a night & day difference.

My complaint is Not specific to the HP laptop, as it is all the aggravation, and interruption with my joy or work,,, BECAUSE OF MICROSOFT!!!! Can I get this removed??? Next pc will be Apple MAC

Great computer for the price, bought at the outlet store and it was brand new, performs as expected, only wish the screen was a little bit brighter.

We love this product. Exactly as advertised and what we needed. Used in a home recording studio.

Great laptop for an even better price. The only downside to it was having to spend time adjusting the display lighting, but outside of that I love it like it’s my child!

I think that everything about the laptop is excellent. I would recommand it to everyone I talk to that would like to get their very first laptop. I have always liked HP.
