Honestly nothing bad about it. I enjoy doing alot of things on it and i do use it to game a bit. Its not too bad it can handle a it on its own.

Salesman at Best Buy helped us and pointed us to this laptop. Works great. Changed it from Windows 11 -S mode to normal mode because we use other apps.

Just getting started with this computer. Set up was easy. It was exactly what I was looking for. Even better it was on sale.

For the price, it is a great computer for work and multitasking. Very responsive with minimal delays or freezing. Battery life leaves something to be desired but is enough to get by.

Laptop works good. Was disappointed when I opened it and the USB ports are old versions so the USB C is not as capable as it should be. But it will work for what we need it for.

I’m someone’s 70 something grandma and I got the laptop up and running easy as pie. Where did that saying come from? Anyway, running smooth and every great.

Good laptop for my 12 year old. But the keyboard keys feel really really cheap and low quality experience. I personally can't type on it normally, I have to concentrate when typing and press the keys firmly. Other than that, great value for the specs. But if I would've tested these in stores, I wouldn't have bought it knowing the keyboard feels cheap and it's not easy to comfortably type.

Zero problems. Great deal. I’m just using it for writing, applying for jobs, etc. It’s been an excellent purchase for the price.

I got this PC for some math and compsci school work. Keyboard is a little awkward, but otherwise works fine. Runs smoothly in safe mode, which is all I need at the moment.

Great computer just had to figute out how to download non microsoft products/allow non microsoft product to be used (turbo tax)

Excellent service rep had much needed knowledge about laptop . Laptop was HP over 1/2 off great price. Will be back to shop again
