    I initially chose this laptop after thorough research, as it met the minimum requirements for my school’s software with 16GB of RAM and a 4-core processor. I also wanted something that would last, and the price seemed reasonable given the specs. However, upon unboxing, I quickly noticed that the laptop was bulkier and heavier than I expected, and the build quality felt lackluster. For the price, though, I wasn't too surprised by that. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered that the touchpad was broken right out of the box. This immediately raised concerns about the overall quality and reliability of the product. If something as basic as the touchpad is malfunctioning from the start, I couldn’t help but wonder what other issues might be lurking beneath the surface. I decided to return it, as I wasn’t confident that it would last. While I appreciate the storage capacity and the price point, I just couldn’t overlook the quality concerns. I ended up purchasing a different laptop as a replacement. Ultimately, I gave this product two stars because of its price and specs, but the broken touchpad and questionable durability made it clear this wasn’t the right choice for me.

    Item arrived on time. This PC is an upgrade for my previous laptop bought in 2013. Nice and speedy when searching the web. I don't love that it was set up to save to the cloud, but it was easy to disable and keep things local.

    Runs pretty much everything i was wanting to. I do this the mouse and the power chord being on the same side makes it a bit congested on one side. But all and all a good little pc for the price.

    My computer stopped accepting my programs needed.. when i went into best buy the gentlemen that assisted me took me to this laptop. Has everything i need from ports to speed and it supports my programs ❤️

    We stood around for a long time while floor staff searched for product that they never located. They had to ship it to us, so that was disappointing. Floor staff also tied to get us to spend a lot more by saying internet download features were disabled on this low cost model….which is not true. The display resolution is wonky and non-standard but otherwise this computer is just fine and meets our needs 100%
