This is a great laptop.l! I only use it for school and work, but the speed is awesome and the features are really helpful. I got it on a Labor Day sale, which makes it even better.

I’m not sure about this laptop, everything seems to be working just fine but I can’t sign into my school account, I reset it twice and still can’t , on my desktop I sign in just fine.

I PURCHASED THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE SHE NEEDED SOMETHING TO WORK FROM HOME. AND SHE HAS TOLD ME SHE LOVES HER LAPTOP. IT DOES EVERYTHING SHE NEEDED IT TO DO AND LOTS OF STORAGE SPACE. AS FOR MY SELF I REALLY LIKE THE AFFORABLE PRICE. THANK YOU. I WAS SO GLAD I PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP.

I love this laptop!! I’m having a small issue although with the screen , it comes and goes . It tends to freeze the screen

We needed a basic laptop for Word, Excel and research/study. This laptop performs all these tasks very capably with a few of the perks like the touch-screen. I would recommend it for students and basic home office needs.

Good product. Easy on the eye (looks good). Types very light but firm keyboard strokes. I use this as a back up for another HP Laptop. Good investment for the peace of mind it provides.

Love this laptop. I use it as a flip and take notes or set it on my desk and have 2 monitors attached. Really please to have facial recognition and no password entry!!

I love my new laptop, the screen has clear visuals and the colors are vibrant. Im learning how to navigate the new add ons that my old Laptop did not have.

This laptop is perfect for what I need, specs are more than adequate. So far it has been one month since I had purchased this laptop and I have had no issues so far.

I initially chose this laptop after thorough research, as it met the minimum requirements for my school’s software with 16GB of RAM and a 4-core processor. I also wanted something that would last, and the price seemed reasonable given the specs. However, upon unboxing, I quickly noticed that the laptop was bulkier and heavier than I expected, and the build quality felt lackluster. For the price, though, I wasn't too surprised by that. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered that the touchpad was broken right out of the box. This immediately raised concerns about the overall quality and reliability of the product. If something as basic as the touchpad is malfunctioning from the start, I couldn’t help but wonder what other issues might be lurking beneath the surface. I decided to return it, as I wasn’t confident that it would last. While I appreciate the storage capacity and the price point, I just couldn’t overlook the quality concerns. I ended up purchasing a different laptop as a replacement. Ultimately, I gave this product two stars because of its price and specs, but the broken touchpad and questionable durability made it clear this wasn’t the right choice for me.

We love this laptop! We got it for our kids birthday and it runs games great!
