    It had been a while since I bought a new laptop for myself. Best Buy’s compare feature made it easier to choose. It arrived in the mail, well packaged and easy to set up.

    Fast. Efficient. well-made and aesthetically pleasing. The 2-star rating is due to the Bluetooth connectivity CANNOT stay connected to headphones for more than 2-3 min. It autodisconnected too many times to number, even after I dowloaded every Windows update, and HP system update. I spent 2 hrs with a HP IT consultant, and even that didn't fix it. I sent it to KY for the GeekSquad repair, but at this time it's too late. I already bought a Lenovo Yoga, and it's a DREAM! I'm just going to sell this HP on FB Marketplace for whatever I can get for it. I'll NEVER buy HP again.

    the one I got had a wifi network card issue , I returned the product , it seems to have had a bad network card which isn't really a card as it is integrated with the motherboard. when it worked it worked ok my service with best buy was good , I apparently got a lemon.
