    I give the laptop 1 star because from the day after setting it up the battery would only last 1 hour. I continued using it thinking I wasn't use to it but it continues to have poor battery life. So I decided to bring to Best Buy where I purchased it from and after the Geek Squad looked at it and changed a few things the problem persisted. So at that time they said try that and if that don't work they would see about a replacement. This attempt failed to fix it so back to Best Buy where their poor service became clear because I hadn't purchased their Geek Squad plan and it being a few days out of the 14 day return window they can't do nothing but if I paid $50 to them for the plan they would back date and replace it. I wasn't paying that for a brand new laptop not even 3 weeks old. So in short they finally decided to send the laptop to HP and I'll be without my new laptop for 2 weeks up to a month. Not sure if I should be mad at Best Buy and their poor customer service or HP for this being their warranty. Geek Squad was rude and after this will probably never buy anything from Best Buy if this is how they treat customers.
