    The touch screen was not working properly. It was like something was always touching the screen preventing the mouse to work and be seen. I would close the laptop then open back up to get the mouse working.... This was only after having the laptop 2 days. I did return it for another laptop. hope the next laptop works great.

    Awful product and awful customer service. BEWARE you ONLY HAVE A 15 DAY exchange or return window. I wasn’t offered the extended warranty when I bought it. I wasn’t told NOTHING WOULD BE DONE. This computer wasn’t working properly less than 30 days after purchasing it. My son, who the computer was purchased for, was at college when it started acting up. We were right at 30 days when he came home for us to be able to get it fixed. I was told that they had to send he computer off for potentially 2 months to HP if I wanted it fixed… seriously… My only other option was to pay more money to potentially have it fixed in 2 or 3 days by someone in house. Mind you I had a geek squad appointment and she did nothing but literally watch the issue happen. As soon as I asked her for the manager I knew nothing was going to happen because she looked mad that I asked for someone above her. The whole experience was a joke and yes I know they don’t care because what is one little customer, but this is my hard earned money that now I’m out of. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING else from Best Buy.
