It's a little bit slow and the battery dies fast I barely use it. The screen isn't not that great you have to turn it constantly at different angles.

The touch pad sticks a bit to the bottom, and the cursor is not always visible to move. I'd rate this a 3 out of 5.

Not impressed with this laptop. The outer shell is a flimsy plastic, the touchpad gets stuck under the casing, the letter and number keys are much smaller than other devices… If you don’t have child size fingers, quite often two keys will be hit at the same time creating unnecessary window pop ups and typing errors that need to be corrected. I’ll spend the extra money next time on a Dell or Lenovo

I had a very difficult time hooking up my printer; couldn't get any headphones to work, although the speaker worked when the headphones were not plugged in; I wish the keypad lit up like my old laptop - cannot see any of the keys without turning on the overhead light. If I could return this computer, I would have (but I missed the return date.)

I'm just writing a review so I could get the chance to win the gift card. This is the first time I was disappointed with Bestbuy because I had bought a ps5 with them and had no issues so thats why I decided to purchase my laptop for school here. Although the order came before the time, by the time I got home it was gone. I checked with my neighbors and even look all over the house but it wasn't there. So I contacted you guys about it thinking that you would help due to the fact that I advise I needed it for school, they placed a replacement order then cancel and after I contacted them about it they said their unable to do a replacement or even give me a refund.So all that money that I've been working two jobs to save up went down the drain. So thank you bestbuy for no help at all. I even tried to write a review for my ps5 last time to get a chance to win but no luck and I would assume the same for this chance but it's cool. I'm use to being disappointed by you guys nothing new.

I wish I had bought a tablet; I think it would be easier to operate. Installed Grammarly, and it helped me write this. Maybe I'm wrong about this laptop.

Not easily to get around in this computer. Have not had it longer to tell about the battery.

it’s an okay laptop .Battery life isn’t the best..i mostly use it for school.

The computer screen will freeze and I’ll have to turn it off and on to unfreeze it. Therefore, I have to continue to press save for documents I’m working on or they will all be lost when I have to turn the computer off. This is quite frustrating!

Seems cheaply made, but overall okay. Wouldn’t recommend.

Got it but just after a month it no longer could take charge again was very disappointing

I have only had my laptop for 4 months. It has never been dropped, or damaged in any way. But there is a double mouse problem that prevents me from using the computer for longer than a few minutes. I jave spent 12 hours on and off with HP support, and nothing can be fixed. So now i have no choice but to purchase yet another computer again.

touchpad and keys constantly get stuck, everything freezes, waste of money

Some of the letters on the key pad don’t work. I brought it in they looked at it and did something in the back room. The letters worked then they told me I need to pay $50 to extend the warranty another 30 days. I did that although I had it for 30 days and it broke! I use it to document my patient charts at the end of a busy shift. I get it home and it doesn’t work again. So no I have to go back in again and have it looked at. This is in convenient and I do not reccomend buying this item especially from Best Buy!

Your Geek squad sucks. All I needed was some files moved from one coputer to another and have Microsoft installed. 6 days totally unacceptable. Will nevet buy or recomend Best Buy to my worst enemy. You guys stink.

The screen quality is bad. It is blurry and the number button indicator is not there.

Laptop picture and display not as sharp even after adjusting.

When I purchased a laptop I was supposed to receive the Leveno but when I went home, I had a HP, I couldn't change it immediately since I had to use it for work, I went to take it back the next day and was told I could not receive the other laptop because I would have to purchase another Microsoft work program. I thought that was unfair and they told me to call Microsoft.

Should have bought a MacBook. I look at this laptop everyday and think, I really hate windows. I should have ponied up the extra few hundo and got the MacBook. At least I would feel cooler.

Does not deserve one star. Started glitching two weeks after no return policy kicked in. So in under two months it started freezing. I Have geek squad protection. It had to be sent off. 10 days later it is “repaired” and upon pickup cannot connect to the internet. This is a new computer and all I can do is wait. This is for college. Thanks for nothing. Never again.
