Junk computer. Had it for 6 months, never worked properly and after 7+ hours on the phone with 3 HP technicians, they said I can't get a replacement. They just keep taking me through hours of “fixes” none of which work. Do not buy.

If I had known there was no back light on the keys on this computer, I would have not purchased it. I needed a computer ASAP so didn't take it back. Why would anybody want a computer that is hard to operate at night with keys not lit up??

This is such a piece of crap. The touchscreen freezes and bounces everywhere each time you even barely touch it. The mouse on the keyboard barely works. I purchased an external mouse and that doesn't even connect with the computer. It is constantly freezing up and everytime I try to open a new window or tab it takes forever - and that's if it even works at all.

Not working properly. Have so many glitches in screen.

It’s okay. Set up expedited delivery and came two days later when I was out of town.

Overall a lot worse than expected. Much slower than you'd expect from the specs. The charger also gets warm enough to hurt when you touch it whether or not you're using the laptop at the same time as charging. I would return it but I'm on an island where it takes forever to send/ receive packages and I'll be past the return window.

Initially It seemed to be working fine. But on the 15th day which was the last day for returning the mouse or cursor kept disappearing and not able to get it back. Called Best Buy, called HP and got a person who said he would help but didn’t. Call dropped and he didn’t call back. We were too frustrated to try to call again.

The dark keys are too hard to see this is one PC i wish i had not bought.

Not a wise purchase unless you enjoy horrid washed out colors on your screen. Tried many adjustments trying to get a brighter shade of gray before finally giving up and taking it back for a refund. Other than that major issue, this laptop was working great, though!

During set up the PC froze. I restarted it but continue to have the same issue so i decided return it the next day.

Not good at all it’s really bad computer screen is so bad hurts my eyes

Touchscreen is not interactive, screen is very dim. Computer overall functionality for basic task are not proficient.

Can't connect to the Internet, problem with windows.Sucks

Very good laptop! Have been using it to write papers and study. Runs fast and charges quickly. You can probably run a couple easy games on here but nothing big.

Good computer for the price. Works well and battery life is great

Great laptop, works fast, good for what I need, the mouse touchpad isn’t the best recommend using a mouse
