I bought it for my wife because she needed a new one for going back to school to get her master's degree. It's more than what she wanted to spend but what she wanted to spend wouldn't be quick enough like all of our other computers I have built and modified.

So far so good! This is my first laptop.

After talking with a customer service rep at Best Buy, I felt very much informed about the different products, The laptop has pretty much done everything that he said it would. This is very good for me because I use my laptop often and I really appreciate a good product.

durable touchscreen laptop

If you lightly touch the screen, nothing will happen, nor do you have to forcefully touch the screen to use it. I have already accidentally dropped it and amazingly enough, no problems with it. Even took it to Geek Squad just to make sure!

Nice Computer...First I Purchased in a Long Time

I have a lot to learn but I believe that to be Windows 10 which I don't like at all. The computer has a nice screen and crisp picture. However, I have had real difficulty with the 10 key pad on the keyboard. After 2 months I still have not adjusted to moving my hands to the left to touch the correct keys. Overall, I would recommend it.

Great laptop

Still have some questions and will make an appointment with the Geek Squad staff to help me walk through some procedures, But on the whole the computer is an economical buy!
