HP is always been my go to for a laptop since my days in college. I got this one for my girlfriend who needed a laptop to return to college and she loves it. Always look for an AMD processor which is preferred over Intel.

I purchased this laptop a few months ago for my office manager. it is perfect, has the number pad on the side, large screen, and picture quality with the Ryzen 5 is outstanding. awesome laptop for an affordable price

This is an excellent value laptop computer from HP it has all the features I need. It plays CD which most laptop Does that come with it anymore. Very happy with the purchase and cust service at San Carlos Best buys

The laptop as a whole is okay, my old one was better, but for as little as I use it, it gets the job done and does it well. If I could change anything I do wish the keyboard was backlit for night use (that was an oversight on my part) other than that it's fine

I moving up from Windows 7 to 10, so any, all issues I might have are operator issues. The GEEK Squad has held my hand through the start-up, they are great.

Bought this laptop to help me work from home for a new job. It’s a bigger size than I was looking for but it’s better for watching movies. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Have just started to use for keeping in touch w/Dr's & Attorneys due to Power Plant accident. Accessing my account w/ Worker's Compensation has been a breeze & can keep up w/all information regarding surgeries, appointments & scheduling. Great graphics!

This is the 1st computer I have owned with an AMD processor. AMD processors are frequently found in lower priced computers. This processor is faster than anything I have now or ever owned. Very pleased.

Laptop works fine. Gave a 4 because it's been less than a year and it's already slowing down (I have the fastest internet speed and my other devices don't have this problem). Otherwise, great value for the price.

Fast, versatile, affordable. Enough RAM for the limited gaming I do. Battery life is ok. I do so much on the phone now that I almost never use the laptop battery.

Lots if good features, pretty quick and the cost was reasonable. Touch is pretty responsive. Battery last alot and only con of course after a while as you get more downloads it takes longer and longer to restart/start on but all computers do this

Everything about this system for the price is great: quick to boot, screen clarity, touch sensitivity. The only drawback and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to small SSD size once you factor in the space Windows consumes.

Old one crashed and was unhappy about getting into the next variety of computers, namely, a laptop. Have found it to be very user-friendly and also an econiccal choice. A good purchase for our use.

I don’t do much on computers, primarily just banking and some emails. Our last laptop lasted 11 years and I was looking for something to last another 11 years... this should do just fine for me.

When I made the purchase Best Buy was helpful by explaining the computer. It is not top of the line. But there are no weird glitches and has enough speed to perform the tasks I need it to do.

I was blown away by how much power is packed into this affordable laptop. Full size keyboard with numpad and backlighting as well! It even comes with a zippered sleeve for extra protection.

i never bought an expensive laptop like this before but i thought heck, why not. first year, i went through screen crashing, fan noise and slow system. so disappointed.

It's pure Hewlett-Packard. Everything works with only a little guesswork. Where they DO make something different, it is usually for our protection, like a pass number instead of a password.

A very good laptop. Easy to setup and use. The keyboard takes some getting used to as it has the number pad off to the right;love it but haven’t used a keyboard like that for a long time.

I like that this computer has a number keyboard and a DVD player. It was less expensive than most touch screens and is perfect for checking emails, working on spreadsheets and documents. So far a big improvement on my last computer
